FAQ’s

BOOKING
As Brentham House is an unmanned property, all bookings and payments are done through our sister
hotel, The Sumburgh Hotel. Please ensure you quote ‘Brentham House’ when calling to make a
booking.

PAYMENT
Credit card details for payment must be provided at the time of booking. Your card will be debited on the day of departure and the receipts e-mailed to you.

CHECK IN
Once you have confirmed your booking with us, you will be advised by e-mail about collecting the keys. Check in is from 2pm and check out is by 11am.

BREAKFAST
Your fridge is replenished daily with a continental breakfast, which consists of a selection of breakfast cereals, cereal bars, orange juice, local milk, local oatcakes and cheese.

PARKING
Free parking is available on Harbour Street itself or alternatively there is a car park which can be found 30 yards from the front door.

PETS
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the building.

LEFT LUGGAGE
There is no left luggage facility at Brentham House. If you are arriving / departing by boat, the Northlink Ferry Terminal is able to provide this facility.

INTERNET
Free WiFi is provided throughout our property.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge before 12noon the day prior.

HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping is provided daily.

LOCATION
Brentham House is situated in the heart of Lerwick close to all amenities and tourist attractions. We are a 35 minute drive from Sumburgh Airport.
